Scientifically important fossils (such as
potentially new species) should be made available to museums and
universities for serious study. However, it's also important to
realize that "fossils are for everyone," and that teachers, students, and collectors benefit greatly
from being able to purchase, handle and study real specimens--
especially common and represenative species, which helps
spread interest and education in paleontology.
PaleoScene provides a variety of such fossils at
very reasonable prices. Often our prices are a fraction
of the competition, with equal or superior quality. Our fossils
come with full identification labels, giving the fossil name,
locality, geologic period, and approximate age of each specimen.
We accept payment by PayPal, check, or money order, and will
ship anywhere in the U.S. for actual ship costs.
